A Curated Collection of Previously Loved Clothing at an Affordable Price

Markita's Closet started exactly there - my closet. I traveled extensively for work and to call what I had a collection would be a gross understatement. Department stores would have been jealous of my inventory. At least this is what I thought when I returned to my storage unit for the first time in years.

After years on the road, I decided to settle down in Revelstoke. This meant I now had to face the storage locker I had been so intent on ignoring. At first, it started out as me purging and clearing out clothing I had never worn. Then I discovered that I was having WAY too much fun. A life of adventure has taken my journey to Jasper, AB and I couldn't be happier to start this new chapter - and of course, my closet HAD to come.

Markita's Closet has since taken on a life of its own. In our world, there is so much excess and overpriced clothing that is hardly ever worn and simply tossed out the moment the next year's lineup is released. I aim to source out familiar brands (and maybe even some fun new ones) that are in great condition while offering low and affordable prices. The best part!? Being able to shop from your couch with a glass of wine in hand.

What makes us different?

All clothes are fully washed (unless brand new) and steamed. Each item is looked over thoroughly and repaired if necessary. If we are unable to restore an item we do disclose this in the description along with photos. Just because an item is used doesn't mean it shouldn't feel brand new to you!
